A Holiday Party with a Floral Twist

We’re getting ready for the holidays and we could not be more excited to dine and wine with friends and family. This year we were looking to do something different. Now that people are venturing out and about, it’s the perfect time to start thinking about holiday parties. We partnered with The Hungry Post to create some beautiful floral arrangements for their cocktail-making class.

The setting was magical, a beautiful garden in the middle of the Design District. As we were setting up, it rained on us but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the evening and seeing a beautiful rainbow.

We wanted to create something modern and elegant but also non-traditional. Michelle Riveròn, founder and creative director of Riveròn, nailed our vision so perfectly we were in awe of her creations.

We’re always looking for floral arrangements that excite us, make us smile, and inspire us. 2021 taught us to be flexible with color and flower choices. That flexibility allows us to be creative and explore floral design in different ways. And that’s exactly what Michelle did.

She created stunning centerpieces, bud vases, and longer arrangements for the bar carts using Peach Cremones, Earthtone Mini Carnations, White Veronicas, Pink Mini Gerberas, White Statice, Red Ah!Maze Roses, Stars of Bethlehem, and Peach Hypericum. She complimented these centerpieces with beautiful blue and black vases that worked perfectly with the cocktail-making kits.

The setting was beautiful, the food and drinks were incredible, and Michelle’s floral designs brought everything together. The flowers gave the space so much life and elevated the experience for all the guests.
So, whether your customers are hosting a small holiday get-together or they’re producing a massive event, get them excited about the flowers. Offer different and unconventional alternatives.

We at Golden Flowers, wish you a safe, successful, and joyous holiday season. If you create a holiday arrangement using non-traditional flowers and colors, we would love to see it!
