A Picture Worthy Holiday Moment

The holidays are here! We teamed up with Sukii of Say Sukii Flowers to create an intimate, picture-perfect holiday installation. We worked together to create a concept that spoke to her creativity and resonated with her as a mom.

Sukii believes in the healing power of flowers. She believes that flowers positively impact lives and that being around them can boost your mood. That is why she wanted to create an installation that spoke to the natural beauty of flowers and the cozy nature of a winter morning at home.

We decided to create a picture-worthy installation on her couch for her and her daughter. Sukii wanted a lush base of greens, so we added Cocculus and Eucalyptus. We added Lavender, Peach, and Red Roses. We also used Lavender and Yellow Spray Roses and sprinkled in some White Alstroemeria, Gypsophila, Purple and White Statice, and Novelty Purple Sparkz and Scabiosas. We decorated the tree with vintage and personal ornaments and added some floral accents.

While working on this installation, we asked her what the holidays meant to her. “A time to reflect and embody what joy, giving, and goodness mean.” She continued, “The holidays are nostalgic. It’s a time to connect with family and our traditions.”

She always signs her holiday cards with “Wishing you a Merry Everything and a Happy Always.” She explains that it is not just about Christmas. Other holidays are celebrated during this time in different parts of the world and religions. “This is about wishing good vibes, peace, and love to anyone in all corners of the world celebrating something, but also wanting them to have merry moments.”

“Instead of saying ‘Happy New Year’, I say ‘Happy Always” because I want every day to be a good day, not just the New Year!”

Sukii ended her thoughts with this: “The most important thing for me and what I raised my daughter to also find value in is love, treating people right, the energy of gratitude and abundance.”

“Sharing what you can with others and being in the spirit of receiving the abundance offered to you is what matters most to me.”

We couldn’t have said it better. The beauty of the holiday season is sharing love and kindness with family, friends, and strangers. It’s not just about giving but also about receiving. It’s about honoring traditions and also making your own. We hope Sukii’s words inspire you not just for the holiday season but also in your everyday life. As Sukii says, Happy Always!
