The season of family gatherings, feasts, and expressing gratitude is finally here! Our latest photoshoot captures everything we love about Thanksgiving, helping us get a head start on the festivities. While we adore classic color schemes and popular trends, this year we decided to get a bit creative and unconventional. It wouldn’t be a Golden Flowers photoshoot if it wasn’t unconventional!

We’ve taken a brighter approach with our florals, focusing on being present with loved ones and celebrating gratitude. This year’s color palette still embodies the essence of Thanksgiving but with a fresh twist. Instead of sticking strictly to traditional textures and hues, we opted for a more vibrant look. While we kept some classic elements like bronze Spiders and Cremons, we also played around with some of our novelty florals. Think Scabiosas, lush Ah!maze Roses, Alstroemeria, Daisies, and Solidago.
Instead of the usual muted yellows, oranges, and browns, we went with bright yellow, light peach, and a touch of purple. This choice not only adds a lively, fresh vibe to the arrangement but also brightens up the room, making it perfect for long conversations, laughter, and joyous moments. The light colors enhance the space and highlight the structure of the arrangement, turning it into a focal point that grabs the attention of all your guests.
To give a nod to this year’s trends, we added peach halves along the sides of the arrangement, adding our own unique twist.
We also played with dimensions and sizes to create a more bountiful and detailed arrangement. For example, instead of using a large sunflower, we chose smaller daisies in a similar color palette. Our Ah!maze Roses are not your average blooms—they’re larger and more intricate, making the arrangement truly eye-catching.

We’re especially thankful this year for our dear friend and floral designer Frenchy of Feelin’ Poppy Florals, who helped bring our Thanksgiving photoshoot to life.
Her collaboration and artistic input have been invaluable, and we’re deeply grateful for her dedication and hard work.
This photoshoot reminded us that you don’t always have to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes, it’s about having fun with what you already have and making it your own.
Happy Thanksgiving!
